Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The Andy Partner affiliate program (the "Program") is run by Andesphere SpA and Andesphere Ltd ("Andesphere", "we", "us"). Any Andy Partner user, in any country and whether or not they pay for Andy, can join from the app by accepting these terms. Once you join you are an "Affiliate" and get a personal referral code and referral link, for example https://andypartner.com/?ref=your-code.

2. What you earn

  • You earn 50% of every payment we collect from a customer who came through your link (a "Referral"), for 12 months from that customer's first paid invoice.
  • Only money we collect counts. Free trials earn nothing.
  • If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is taken back.

3. How a Referral is credited

  • When someone visits Andy through your link, we remember your code for 60 days with the andy_ref cookie. For visitors in the UK or the European Economic Area we remember it only until they close the browser tab.
  • The first referral link the person visited wins. A Referral never changes afterwards.
  • A Referral is recorded when the person creates their account. Accounts created before they visited your link are not credited.
  • You earn nothing on your own workspaces or accounts (no self-referral).

4. How you are paid

  • If you have a paying Andy workspace, your commission is applied as credit on your next Andy invoice. Unused credit stays on your account if you cancel and is never paid out as cash.
  • Otherwise we pay you in cash once a month by Wise or PayPal once your balance reaches US$20. Only commission older than 30 days is paid.
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes.

5. Rules

  • Do not buy ads on the Andy or Andy Partner brand name, or variations of it.
  • Do not send spam or unsolicited messages with your link.
  • Do not present yourself as Andesphere or make claims about Andy that are not true.
  • We may suspend an Affiliate who abuses the Program and void their unpaid commission.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or close the Program. We will post changes here with a new version and date, and email Affiliates before a significant change takes effect.
