Can customers book appointments over WhatsApp?

Yes. Andy books appointments on supported Channels such as WhatsApp and web chat. The customer sees available Slots, picks one, and it lands in your Google Calendar without manual work.

Do video appointments include a Google Meet link?

Yes. For appointment types set up as video, Andy automatically attaches a Google Meet link to the event and emails the visitor the Google Calendar invitation with all the meeting details.

Does Andy respect my business hours and availability?

Yes. You configure weekly business hours, buffer time between appointments and minimum notice per agent, and Andy only offers slots that meet those rules and your timezone. It also checks your calendar in real time, so it never offers a slot that is already taken.

Which plan includes booking in Google Calendar?

Google Calendar booking is available on the Pro and Pro Max plans. For now the integration works with Google Calendar, and the customer's contact details are saved to Andy's Contacts CRM, which you can export to CSV.
