Take control
One tap and the conversation is yours.
Read the whole thread with what the agent already said, tap Take control and reply yourself. When you are done, hand it back and the agent carries on alone.
Push notifications
It only pings you when it really matters.
No alert per message. You get a push when a customer asks for a human or the agent decides it needs help.

Create your account on the web
Andy Partner is the app for operating an agent that already exists. Account, agent and channels are set up at andypartner.com.
Download the app
Search for Andy Partner on the App Store or scan the code from your iPhone.
Sign in and pick your workspace
Same account as the web. The inbox appears right away with what your agent was already handling.

Is Andy Partner free?
Yes. The app has no purchases or subscriptions. It uses your workspace plan, which is managed on the web at app.andypartner.com.
Do I need an Andy account?
Yes. The app only signs in with an existing account. You create it at andypartner.com, where you also set up your agent and connect WhatsApp, Instagram or web chat.
Can I create or configure my agent from the app?
The app is for operating: reading conversations, taking control, replying and maintaining the agent's Knowledge. Agent and channel configuration happens on the web.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. In the meantime, the web app works in any phone browser at app.andypartner.com.
Which iPhone do I need?
Any iPhone on iOS 17 or later. The app is about 60 MB.
Do I get a notification for every message?
No. Only when a customer asks for a person or the agent moves a conversation to Needs you. The agent handles the rest without bothering you.
