Andy detects buying intent in real time. When someone leaves their details and shows medium or high interest, you get an email notification with those details and their interest level. No more missed opportunities hidden in chat logs.
Capture and handover
Switch on automatic capture and Andy saves anyone who shares an email or a phone number during the conversation to Contacts. If they leave a name or a company later, those details join the same record. It works on Direct WhatsApp, the Official WhatsApp API, your site widget and your public links.
Each captured lead has an interest level: low, medium or high. Three levels, not a score. With notifications on and interest at medium or high, you get an email with the details the person left, their interest level and a link to your dashboard.
Andy can pass the conversation to your team when someone asks to talk to a person. Automatic replies pause during the handover and Andy answers with the message you configure. On each agent you choose who receives the email alert, and you can switch the handover off when you do not need it.
Contacts are stored in Andy and you export them manually to CSV or Excel from Contacts, with whatever filters you have applied. Andy does not offer automatic sync to an external CRM.
